About Me
My journey in education spans over 15 years and has been a deeply fulfilling one, especially as a mom to my three children. It began in the classroom, where my passion for teaching and connecting with students and their families first took root. This dedication soon led me to administrative roles, including leading the development of what became a thriving, progressive early childhood program as a Director. My work has spanned diverse settings, from early childhood centers to PK-12 schools, both international and local. Drawing upon this rich and varied experience, along with my studies at Clark University and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, I now work as a coach, curriculum developer, and workshop facilitator.
Having lived in four different countries myself, my own multilingual and multicultural upbringing has profoundly shaped my identity and understanding of diverse learning needs and approaches. My aim is to bring this personal and professional journey to my work, empowering educators and guiding leaders to cultivate truly thriving and nurturing educational communities, all with a deep commitment to meaningful, relationship-centered learning.

Embracing our Inner Dandelion
The dandelion holds profound symbolism of resilience, unstoppable growth, and cross-pollination. This humble plant, representing optimism in the face of adversity, reflects my vision for empowering educators to embrace their vital role and cultivate flourishing learning communities.
